Zbiór ośmiu utworów Johna Hopkinsa na saksofon altowy i fortepian. Publikacja przeznaczona jest dla saksofonistów średniozaawansowanych. Każdy z utworów kształtuje dany problem melodyczno - rytmiczny i techniczny. Dzięki nim udoskonalisz m. in. wydobycia gładkiego dźwięku w niskim rejestrze. Przed każdym utworem znajduje się krótki opis dotyczący techniki wykonawczej. These eight pieces are intended for saxophonist who have acquired a basic technique of around Grade III - V standard, but who require music which is interesting and challenging while respecting these technical limitations. Each piece develops some aspect of saxophone playing, such as the cultivation of a smooth tone in the lower register, the easy and clean crossing over the octave key, or the use of side keys to make chromatic fingerings easy.
